الأبعاد المقاصدية للزكاة ودورها في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية

الملخص
ملخص لقد وسمنا مقالنا هذا بالبعد المقاصدي للزكاة ودوروها في حماية القيم الإنسانية كالعدل والحرية والمساواة وغيرها من القيم الإنسانية، ورعاية لها خصص الشارع إدارة قائمة بذاتها سماها " العاملون عليها "، فهي أداة تساهم في دفع عجلة التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، بداية من توزيع الثروة بين أفراد المجتمع كل سنة، كما تعمل الزكاة على تحقيق معنى التضامن الاجتماعي. و لإشباع الحاجات الضرورية للأفراد والمجتمع أضحى من الضروري تخصيص سهم من الزكاة لهذه الكليات كحفظ النفس والنسل والعقل والمال و الدين ، كما تعمل الزكاة على سد خلة الفقراء والقضاء على ظاهرة التسول في المجتمع التي لا تتم إلا بدفع قيمة الزكاة بدل عين الزكاة تماشيا مع مصلحة الفقراء وحاجاتهم. كما لا يمكن اليوم أن تقسم الزكاة بالطريقة التقليدية، فمن الضروري أن ندخل مال الزكاة إلى عالم الاستثمار بتحويل جزء منه الى مجال الاستثمار الصناعي والزراعي وغيرها من مجالات الاستثمار حتى تتحول هذه الثروة إلى رافعة اقتصادية. الكلمات المفتاحية زكاة – مقاصد - تنمية اقتصادية- تنمية اجتماعية – ثروة – استثمار – رافعة اقتصادية Summary: In this article, we have titled our discussion "the purposeful dimension of Zakat and its role in protecting human values such as justice, freedom, equality and other human values. The law has assigned a specific entity to take care of these values called "the responsible parties". It is a tool that contributes to advancing social and economic development, starting with the distribution of wealth among members of society each year. Zakat also helps achieve the meaning of social solidarity. To meet the necessary needs of individuals and society, it is imperative to allocate a portion of Zakat to these areas such as preserving life, lineage, mind, wealth, and religion. Zakat also helps fill the gap of the poor and eliminate the phenomenon of poverty in society, which can only be achieved by paying the value of Zakat in lieu of the amount of Zakat in accordance with the interests and needs of the poor. Today, it is no longer possible to distribute Zakat in the traditional way, it is necessary to incorporate Zakat money into the world of investment by converting a portion of it into industrial and agricultural investment and other investment fields so that this wealth becomes an economic catalyst.
