الأبعاد المقاصدية لنظام حلقة العزابة

الملخص

ملخص باللغة العربية: ‏ تعد حلقة العزابة نظاما اجتماعيا أصيلا، وضعه الإباضيَّة في بلاد ‏المغرب في مطلع القرن الخامس الهجري؛ استجابة لمتطلبات ذلك العصر، ‏وبديلا عن إمامة الظهور، وتمكَّن من الإشراف على مختلف شؤون الحياة في ‏المجتمع دينيا، وسياسيا، واقتصاديا، واجتماعيا؛ واستطاعوا بفضله المحافظة ‏على وجودهم وكيانهم، رغم التحديات والظروف التاريخية،ولا يزال هذا ‏النظام يؤدي أدواره رغم مرور عشرة قرون على تأسيسه، وهو يستمد إشعاعه من ‏الشريعة الإسلامية نظرية وتطبيقا.‏ ويمكن اعتباره أصوليا من قبيل المصالح المرسلة التي تلائم تصرُّفات ‏الشَّارع ومقاصده، وإن لم يشهد لها دليل معيَّن من الشَّرع بالاعتبار أو ‏الإلغاء.‏ كما أنه نظام متوافق مع روح الشريعة ومقاصدها العامة؛ فهو في ‏الأساس عمل خيري تطوعي يبتغى به وجه الله تعالى، والعمل الخيري مقصد ‏عام من مقاصد الشريعة، كما أنَّ له أبعادا مقاصدية أخرى تدرك من خلال ‏الأدوار التي يقوم بها في المجتمع. ‏ Abstract:‎ ‎ The cycle of al-'Azaba ‎ is an authentic social system developed ‎by the Ibadhi in the Maghreb at the beginning of the fifth century AH; in ‎response to the requirements of that era, and instead of the emergence ‎of the emergence, and managed to supervise the various aspects of life ‎in the community religiously, politically, economically and socially; ‎Despite the challenges and historical circumstances, and this system ‎continues to play its roles despite the passage of ten centuries of its ‎foundation, which draws its radiation from the Islamic theory and ‎application‏.‏‎ ‎ and can be considered as fundamentalist interests sent to fit the ‎actions of the street.‎ ‎ and its purposes, Her d It is essentially voluntary charitable work ‎that seeks the face of God, charitable work is a general purpose of the ‎purposes of the Shari'ah, and it has other dimensions Almqasidip aware ‎through the roles Carried out in society.‎
