الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر الأصول العقارية الفائضة التابعة للمؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية، من أهم أصناف الأوعية العقارية المملوكة للدولة الجاذبة للاستثمار العمومي والخاص على حد سواء، باعتبارها مكان جاهز نسبيا لتوطين الاستثمارات، لذلك نجد أن المشرع الجزائري قد نظم إجراءات الحصول عليها في إطار حق الامتياز، عبر العديد من النصوص المختلفة، لذا سوف نحاول من خلال هذا المقال التعرف على المؤسسات العمومية الاقتصادية، وكيف تصرف المشرع الجزائري في الأصول العقارية الفائضة عن حاجة تلك المؤسسات، عن طريق تحليل النصوص القانونية المتصلة بها. Abstract: The surplus real assets affiliated to public economic institutions are one of the most important types of state-owned real assets that attract public and private investments, as they are relatively available to localize investments, and that is the reason why the Algerian legislature has determined the procedures to acquire them by concession, through many legal texts. By analyzing the legal texts related to the topic, this article undertakes the identification of dissolved public economic institutions, and how did the Algerian legislator manage Real estate assets that are surplus to the needs of these institutions.
