ظاهرة ختان الإناث في المجنمع العربي: موروث ثقافي أم عنف أسري؟

الملخص
يدور موضوع هذه الدراسة، حول واحد من الموضوعات السوسيولوجية، الأكثر إثارة للجدل بين المشتغلين في هذا الحقل العلمي، والمتمثل في ظاهرة ختان الإناث، لترنحه ضمن الأعراف والعادات الجمعية من جهة، وضمن أنماط العنف الممارس ضد الطفولة والمرأة من جهة أخرى، ولأنه يبرز في الوقت نفسه، الهيمنة الذكورية على تنميط الحياة الجنسية للمرأة، والتحكم فيها، وهو ما سوف نتناوله ضمن مقاربة سوسيولوجية- دينية، نناقش من خلالها المفهوم الديني وكذلك الاجتماعي- الثقافي لختان الإناث، أنواعه، مكامن ممارسته، تحديد العوامل التي تدفع إليه، والآثار المترتبة عنه. Abstract : The subject of this study revolves around one of the sociological issues, which is female circumcision. This later has aroused great controversy among socoiologists, for being classified between the norms and customs of society on the one hand, and the types of violence against children and women on the other. It, also, shows the masculin domination and control of the stereotyping of women's sexual life, this is what we shall deal with in this sociological-religious approach through which we shall discuss the religious and socio-cultural concept of female circumcision, its types, the grounds of its practice, what motivates it, and its consequences. Résume : Le sujet de cette étude tourne autour d’une des questions sociologiques, la circoncision féminine. Cela a par la suite suscité une vive controverse parmi les sociologues, car il a été classé entre les normes et les coutumes de la société et les types de violence à l'égard des enfants et des femmes. Cela montre également la domination masculine et le contrôle des stéréotypes sur la vie sexuelle des femmes, c’est ce que nous aborderons dans cette approche sociologico-religieuse à travers laquelle nous aborderons le concept religieux et socioculturel de la circoncision féminine, son types, les motifs de sa pratique, ce qui la motive et ses conséquences.
