معايير التقييم الدولي على ضوء الجهات الدولية المانحة وهيئات التقييم الدولي

الملخص
يولي الباحث الأكاديمي أهمية فائقة للنشر الدولي، باعتباره أحد الشروط التي يتم اعتمادها في تمويل مشاريع البحث العلمي، وأهم الركائز التي يعتمد عليها في ترتيب الجامعات، وكذا ترقيته العلمية، ذلك أن التقييم يتم على أساس كمية ونوعية الأبحاث العلمية المنشورة في المجلات الدولية، تحت غطاء الجامعة والوحدات العلمية التابعة لها، غير أن تصنيف المجلات الدولية، وقيمتها العلمية وجودة منشوراتها، وكذا موثوقيتها، تظل مرهونة بمعايير "التقييم الدولي" وهي عملية محورية تكفلها الجهات المانحة وهيئات التقييم الدولي (Thompson Reuters, Elsevier Scopus...)، وضمن هذه الورقة سنتناول التعريف بعملية تقييم النشر الدولي، وأهم الجهات المانحة والمخولة دوليا لاعتماد النشر الدولي وتقييمه. Abstract: The academic researcher attaches great importance to international publishing, as it is one of the conditions that are adopted in financing scientific research projects, and the most important pillars on which he relies in ranking universities, as well as his scientific promotion, as evaluation is done on the basis of the quantity and quality of scientific research published in international journals, under the cover The university and its scientific units, however, the classification of international journals, their scientific value and quality of their publications, as well as their reliability, remain dependent on the criteria of "international evaluation", which is a pivotal process guaranteed by donors and international evaluation bodies (Thompson Reuters, Elsevier’s Scopus ...), and within this paper We will address the definition of the process of evaluating international publishing, and the most important donors and internationally authorized for accreditation and evaluation of international publication.
