الرسم العثماني وطرائق الالتزام به في المدارس القرآنية

الملخص
الرسم العثماني مبحث من مباحث علوم القرآن، وأحد معايير القراءة الصحيحة، ويقصد به الخط الذي نُسخت به المصاحف بأمر من سيدنا عثمان بن عفان رضي الله عنه، ويتعلق بكيفية كتابة كلمات القرآن وحروفه، وقد اختُلِف في هذا الرسم هل هو توقيفي أم اصطلاحي؟ كما ورد الاختلاف في حكم الالتزام به، وجمهور العلماء والفقهاء سلفا وخلفا على أنه واجب، سواء أقلنا بالتوقيف أم بالاصطلاح، ولا شك في أن الرسم العثماني أمر متوارث من جهتين؛ من جهة الأداء في مواضع معينة، حيث إن رسم الكلمة في هذه المواضع هو دليل أدائها، ومن جهة رسم الخط، إذ إن الرسم يخالف قواعد الإملاء في كلمات محددة، وكذا في كلمات من مواضع بعينها، كما أن في الالتزام به صيانة للقرآن الكريم من أي تبديل أوتغيير. ويبرز الاعتناء بالرسم العثماني أكثر ما يبرز في مجال التعليم، لذا كان للمدارس القرآنية دور أساسي في الحفاظ عليه والالتزام به، ويتمظهر ذلك في طرائق عدة، أهمها: الإملاء بمختلف أساليبه، والاختبار بشتى صوره، والتنصيص بتنوع لهجاته. وهذه الورقة البحثية تسعى بالقدر المتاح إلى تأصيل المسألتين الخلافيتين المتعلقتين بالرسم العثماني، والتعرف على أدلة كل فريق، وتسلّط الضوء على الطرائق المنتهجة في التعليم في المدارس القرآنية، والتي أشرنا إليها، للحفاظ على الرسم العثماني، كما تلفت الانتباه إلى قيمة هذه الطرائق وأهميتها The ottoman drawing is one of the topics of the quran science one of the criteria for correct reading.It mean the font in which the quran was copied by the order of the companion Othman Ibn Affan may God be blessed with him.It is about how to write words and letters of the Quran ,There are different opinions about this drawing, wether it is tawqif or Idiomatic? And in the rule of commting to it , and the magority of Scholars and jurists , in advance and Succession, was also mentioned as a duty , we ther we refer to as detention or ter minology , there is no doubt that the ottoman drawing is in herited from both sides ; in terms of perfomance in certain places in the guide to its per formance , and in terms of drawing the line , as drwing violates the rules of Spelling and specific words , as wellas in words from specific places, and in adherence to it, is the maine tenance of the Holy Quran from any Switch or chang.Taking care of the drawing is most prossinent in the field of education , So the Quranic scools played a key rote in preserving it and adhering to it .This research paper sectrs , to the extent possible , to root the two aforementioned contention issues related to the ottoman drawing, to identify the evidqnce of each group , and to shed light or the methods used in education in the Quranic scools, which we reffered , to preserve the ottoman drawing , and also drows attention to the value and importace of these methods
