الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح أبرز الجهود التي قام بها العلماء المعاصرون في سبيل تطوير مصطلحات ومفاهيم علم المقاصد، كمحاولة منهم في تصحيح مسار المعرفة المقاصدية، وذلك بنقدها وتجديد النظر فيها، من زاوية تسعى إلى ترقية هذه المعرفة على مستوى التفكير ابتداء، ومن ثم الوصول إلى مرتبة التوظيف المنشود انتهاء. ويخلص إلى أن ما يشهده الفكر المقاصدي من ممارسات تناظرية وجدلية يمكن اعتبارها محاولات تجديدية للخطاب الأصولي، تسعى لتكامل معرفي من شأنه أن يحقق طفرة نوعية في العملية الاجتهادية، وإلى أنه إن كان من مصطلحات مقاصدية تحتاج إلى زيادة أو إعادة نظر في مفهومها أو توظيفها فإن الأمر يحتاج إلى الحاذقين من أهل الاختصاص وفق منهج استقرائي نقدي مبني على جرأة علمية على تجديد تتكامل وتتكاثف الجهود من أجله. Abstract: This research aims to clarify the most prominent efforts made by contemporary scholars in order to develop terms and concepts of the science of maqasid, as an attempt by them to correct the path of maqssid knowledge, by criticizing it and renewing its consideration, from an angle that seeks to upgrade this knowledge at the level of thinking from the beginning, and then reach to The desired employment rank has expired. He concludes that the analogical and dialectical practices that the intentional thought is witnessing can be considered as attempts to renew the fundamentalist discourse, seeking cognitive integration that would achieve a qualitative leap in the discretionary process. It needs clever specialists, and according to a critical and inductive approach based on scientific audacity, a renewal that integrates and intensifies efforts for its sake.
