الملخص

الملخص : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على دور فلسفة التربية في الاستثمار في المورد البشري من أجل الرقي بالأنظمة التربوية، وذلك انطلاقا من تعزيز مركزية الإنسان، تشجيع الابداع والابتكار، تحفيز المواهب وتنمية روح المواطنة من خلال الولاء والانتماء، واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي .ومن أهم النتائج التي خلصنا اليها ضرورة الإصلاح التربوي وفق إطار فلسفي واضح المعالم، ينبثق من عقيدة الامة وإيديولوجيتها من جهة، والذي يعيد للإنسان دوره المركزي من جهة أخرى وفق أهداف منسجمة مع مضمونه ومراميه للرفع من مستوى وجودة المنظومة التربوية. كلمات مفتاحية: الاستثمار في المورد البشري؛ فلسفة التربية؛ الأنظمة التربوية؛ مركزية الإنسان؛ الموهبة؛ الولاء والانتماء. Abstract This research paper aims to shed light on the role of the education philosophy in investing in the human resource in order to advance educational systems, based on promoting human centrality, encouraging creativity and innovation, stimulating talents and developing the spirit of citizenship through loyalty and belonging. We have relied In our study the analytical descriptive approach . The most important results that we have concluded is the necessity of educational reform, according to a clear philosophical framework that stems from the nation’s belief and ideology on the side, and which restores the central role to humans on the other side according to goals consistent with its content and goals to raise the level and quality of the educational system.
