التعليم عن بعد والتعليم الإلكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا واتجاهات الأساتذة نحوها - دراسة ميدانية في جامعة المدية -

الملخص
مع ظهور عصر العولمة ومجتمع المعرفة الالكترونية، وفي ظل الأزمة الوبائية التي يعرفها العالم، شهدت أنظمة التعليم تغييرات كبيرة وخاصة في المؤسسات الجامعية، و أضحى النظام التعليمي في الجزائر يواجه مجموعة من التحديات الضخمة تجلت في اتخاذ تدابير استباقية كتعليق الدراسة بالمؤسسات التعليمية والجامعية والبحث عن بدائل الاستمرارية التعليمية، وخلق أنماط تعليمية جديدة، وفي ظل هذه الظروف اُحدث ما يسمى بالتعلم عن بعد، أو الأقسام الافتراضية. غير التعلم عن بعد واعتماد ما يسمى بالأقسام الافتراضية في الجامعات الجزائرية لا یستجیب لجميع متطلبات الطلاب، إذ غالبا ما يكون مكلفا عند بعض الطلبة ذوي الدخل الأسري المحدود أو الضعيف، أو غير ميسر عند البعض الأخر خاصة بالنسبة يقطنون في مناطق لا يصل إليها صبيب الأنترنت، بخلاف الأقسام الحضورية التي یعتبر فيها المدرس المتمكن من مادته، المتوفر على معلومات ومعارف ثرية سواء في تخصصه أو خارج التخصص قدوةً لطلابه من خلل صفاته الحمیدة ودوره الإرشادي التوجیهي. بالإضافة إلى صعوبة التعامل مع الوسائط التكنولوجية من طرف بعض الأساتذة وهو الأمر الذي ركزنا عليه في دراستنا هذه. With the emergence of the era of globalization and the electronic knowledge society, and in light of the epidemic crisis that the world knows, education systems have witnessed great changes, especially in university institutions, and the educational system in Algeria is facing a set of huge challenges, which were manifested in taking proactive measures such as suspending studies in educational and university institutions and looking for alternatives Educational continuity, and the creation of new educational patterns, and in these circumstances the latest so-called distance learning, or virtual departments. Apart from distance learning and the adoption of so-called virtual departments in Algerian universities, it does not meet all students ’requirements, as it is often costly for some students with limited or weak family income, or unavailable for others, especially for those residing in areas that are not accessible by the Internet. In contrast to the urban departments in which a teacher who is proficient in his subject, who has rich information and knowledge, whether in his specialization or outside the specialization, is considered an example for his students through his good qualities and his mentoring role In addition to the difficulty of dealing with technological media by some professors, which is what we focused on in our study.
