سياسات التشغيل في الجزائر بين تعدد الأبعاد وتحديات سوق العمل

الملخص
ملخص: إن من أبرز التوجهات التي تسعى الحكومات المعاصرة إلى تحقيقها هي تلك السياسات المتعددة الأبعاد التي تعنى بأكبر شريحة من المواطنين، فلسياسات التشغيل في الجزائر دور كبير في تجاوز كل الاضطرابات التي يعرفها سوق العمل من خلال ضبط متطلباته وتحدياته مع إحداث التوازن بين آليات العرض والطلب، من خلال التكيف مع تعدد ودينامية الأبعاد المرتبطة بهذه السياسات وما يترتب عليها من آثار على جميع المستويات، في ظل دراسة تأخذ في الحسبان مختلف أشكال توازن المصالح والتنافسية والتكامل بين جميع الفاعلين لمراحل السياسات التشغيلية من صياغة وتنفيذ وتقييم، وفق إطار عام يضمن تجاوز تحديات سوق العمل بالجزائر. Abstract: One of the most prominent trends that contemporary governments seek to achieve are those multidimensional policies that concern the largest segment of citizens. Employment policies in Algeria have a major role in overcoming all the turmoil known to the labour market by controlling its requirements and challenges while creating a balance between supply and demand mechanisms, by adapting to the multiplicity and dynamic dimensions associated with these policies and their implications at all levels, in light of a study that takes into account the various forms of balance of interests, competitiveness and integration among all actors for the stages of operational policies from making, implementation and evaluation, according to a general framework that ensures overcoming the challenges of the labour market in Algeria
