تبني الجزائر للخيار التنموي كآلية لتحقيق الاستقرار والأمن الإقليمي

الملخص
إن الموقع الجغرافي والاستراتيجي الذي تحتله الجزائر في منطقة شمال إفريقيا جعله محل أطماع العديد من الدول حيث تحتل الجزائر الصدارة على مستوى القارة الإفريقية. ويحدث هذا ضمن اللااستقرار السياسي واللاأمن الذي تعيشه معظم دول الجوار بسبب الاضطرابات الداخلية والنزاعات المسلحة والثورات الداخلية أو ما سمي بثورات الربيع العربي بكل من تونس وليبيا إضافة للأزمة المالية وهو ما نجم عنه انتشار الجريمة المنظمة، تهريب البشر والإرهاب.الأمر الذي أصبح يهدد الأمن الداخلي وحتى الإقليمي مما جعل الجزائر تعزز من إستراتيجيتها الأمنية بغية جعلها فعالة لحماية حدودها واستقرارها هذا من جهة. ومن جهة أخرى ركزت الجزائر على الخيار التنموي ودعمه بين دول المنطقة كآلية لخلق الاستقرار الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وهو ما من شأنه القضاء على أحد أهم أسباب النزاعات والصراعات الإقليمية وهو ما سنركز عليه في ورقتنا البحثية. The geographical and strategic position that Algeria occupies in the North African region has made it the subject of the ambitions of many countries, as Algeria occupies the forefront on the level of the African continent. This occurs within the political instability and insecurity experienced by most of the neighboring countries due to internal turmoil, armed conflicts, internal revolutions or the so-called Arab Spring revolutions in Tunisia and Libya, in addition to the financial crisis, which resulted in the spread of organized crime, human smuggling and terrorism. Which has become a threat to internal security and even On the one hand, Algeria has strengthened its security strategy in order to make it effective in protecting its borders and stability. On the other hand, Algeria focused on the development option and its support among the countries of the region as a mechanism To create economic and social stability, which would eliminate one of the most important causes of regional conflicts and conflicts, which we will focus on in our research paper.
