: Noam Chomsky represents in his writings with a set of sentences to deduce his linguistic ideas, from his English language, as his language, and as a human language that accepts what happens on it as what happens on all the other human languages. And since his linguistic works found great attention from Arab linguists, they contributed to the translation of most of them into Arabic. Concerning the translation of sentences in the body of these books, some of them agreed and others disagreed with the way they dealt with them during the translation of the text. Some transmitted them as they are in the original source without translating them, and there are those who transmitted them as they are with their translation into Arabic, and some of them translated them directly as a literal translation, or translated only the meaning , and some of them gave other similar examples; Each translator has his own method, and the reasons for choosing it.This was revealed by studying three linguistic works of Chomsky translated into Arabic by different translators, extrapolating the examples in them, analyzing the translators method , and criticizing it.
