العلم التقني بين الآمال المستقبليّة ورهاناته الفلسفيّة والأخلاقيّة

الملخص
لقد جعلت التقنيّة أو العلم التقني لعصرنا هذا ملامح خاصة التي تميّز بها دون سائر ما سبقه من عصور ولا أحد يستنكر أهمية ما أنتجته على المستوى العملي وما تقدمه من تسهيلات في حياة الناس الجارية من اجهزة الحساب والنظر أو التطبيب أو حتى العسكريّة... والنظم الاجتماعية والاتصالات والمعلومات لقد أحدثت تحولات وتحولات... ولكن رغم ذلك يظهر أن هذا التقدم التقني ليس ضمانة، فقد بدأ ينقلب ضدّنا إلى حدّ يهدّد معه وجود البشريّة بالذات مثلا من خلال التلاعب في الجينات الوراثيّة، من خلال حرب نوويّة محتملة أو من خلال التلوّث ومن ظاهرة الإحتباس الحراري إلى ثقب الأوزون...، فإذا كانت التقنية عونا مهما وشريكا للأنسنة ولا يمكن توقيفها للخدمات الجليلة التي تقدمها للتسهيل وتذليل الصعوبات الحياة، ولكنها أيضا مسئولة عن كل الأوجاع التي نتجت عن نزع الطابع الإنساني وعن تشيئ العالم الإنساني، والتقنيّة ليست هي المشكلة بل المشكلة في استعمالها، ولذلك فكل المسؤولين عن هذه التقنيات سواء المتخصصين أو الممولين للمشاريع العلميّة والعلماء والمفكرين وأهمهم الفلاسفة يدعون إلى تحمّل المسؤوليّة في استعمال التقنيّة وإلى الوعي والأخلاق من أجل تأطير الإضافات الجوهريّة والتأثيرات التي جاءت بها العلوم والتقنيات على الوضع والحياة البشريين وتوجيهها وفقا لما يحقق مصلحة الإنسان عامة ومصلحة البيئة التي نحيا فيها. : Technology or technical science has made this era special features that distinguished it from all previous eras, and no one denounces the importance of what it has produced on a practical level and the facilities it provides in people's current lives from arithmetic devices, eyesight, medicine or even military systems... social, communication and information, It has brought about transformations and transformations... However, it appears that this technical progress is not a guarantee, as it has begun to turn against us to the extent that it threatens the very existence of humanity, for example, through manipulation of genetic genes, through a possible nuclear war or through pollution, and from the phenomenon of retention Thermal to the ozone hole, If technology is an important aid and partner for humanity and cannot be stopped for the great services it provides to facilitate and overcome life’s difficulties, but it is also responsible for all the pains that resulted from dehumanization and the deification of the human world, and technology is not the problem but the problem in its use, and therefore all those responsible for this Technologies, Whether financiers of scientific projects or specialists, and even philosophers, call for responsibility in the use of technology and awareness and ethics in order to frame the essential additions and effects that science and technologies bring to the situation and human life and directing them in accordance with what achieves the general interest of the human being and the interest of the environment in which we live.
