نظريات التعليم والتعلم عن بعد وجودة التعليم

الملخص
إن التربيّة أو التعليم عن بعد ما يزال نشاطا جديدا إبداعيّا بالنسبة للتربيّة التقليديّة، فهو نشاط يعمل بأنماط تعليميّة وتنظيميّة جديدة وتستخدم فيها تقانات ووسائط حديثة، ولذلك برزت حاجة ماسة للحصول على معلومات موثوقة وصادقة عن إمكانياتها وفعاليتها في مختلف مجالات الأداء التربوي، ولإكتساب مزيد من البصيرة في طبيعتها وخصائصها، وخاصة أن في هذا المجال قد سبقت الممارسة التطور النظري، ولذلك وحتى لا تقع الممارسات في العشوائيّة قام مجموعة من المتخصصين إلى تطوير النظريّة كي تفسر الممارسات القائمة وتهذيبها وتتنبأ بمستقبلها، ومن أجل الحصول على فهم أفضل للشكوك المحيطة بفكرة التعليم عن بعد، هذا الحقل المتنامي بسرعة، وتحديداً في مجال ضمان الجودة، فقدموا عدة نظريات يمكنها تفسير التعليم عن بعد، وهي تشتمل على نظريات استقلاليّة وذاتيّة المتعلم، ونظريات مصنعة التدريس، ونظريات التفاعل والإتصال... وهي كلها نظريات تركز على أن التعليم عن بعد هو صيغة مختلفة عن التعليم التقليدي وإن كان ليس منفصلا عن المنظومة التعليمية، وعلى القدرات المتزايدة لنظم الإتصال التفاعلي بالصوت والصورة، كما تركز على الإستفادة من النظريات التربوية المتاحة بالإضافة إلى محاولة خلق خبرات متكافئة لكل من الطلاب المتعلمين عن بعد وأولئك المنتظمين في الدراسة محليا، كما يسعون إلى تحديد تأثيرات التكنولوجيات الحديثة على هذه النظم وفوائدها في التعليم. Abstract Distance education continues to be a new and innovative activity for traditional education, operating in new educational and organizational patterns and using modern technologies and media. Therefore, there is an urgent need to obtain reliable and truthful information on its potential and effectiveness in various areas of educational performance and to gain greater insight into its nature and characteristics, especially since this practice has been preceded by theoretical development, So, in order not to fall into randomness, a group of specialists developed the theory to explain, refine and predict the future of existing practices, and to gain a better understanding of the uncertainties surrounding the idea of distance learning, this rapidly growing field, specifically in the field of quality assurance, presented several theories that can explain distance learning, They include theories of the Theories of autonomy and subjectivity of the learner, theories of Industrialization of Teaching , theories of interaction and communication... They all focus on the fact that distance education is a different formula from traditional education but not separate from the educational system, on the growing capacity of interactive voice and image communication systems, on the use of available educational theories, as well as on trying to create equal experiences for both distance-educated and locally enrolled students, as well as on seeking to achieve equal education.
