التعليم والتعلم عن بعد وضرورته

الملخص
يظهر حاليا أن التعليم عن بعد وبشكل تدريجي تزداد أهميته بسبب مزياه والظروف التي يعرفها العالم، ولذلك اصبح يفرض نفسه بشكل متزايد خاصة في التعليم العالي، ولذلك فإن التحدي الرئيسي الذي يواجهه منظرو التربيّة عن بعد منذ أوائل القرن العشرين هو توفير فهم لأمكانيات وفرص تسهيل التعليم والتعلم عن بعد بطرق وتقانات متنوعة وبجودة عالية، وذلك يتطلب فهما أشمل وأعمق لهذا الحقل، ولذلك فإن الغرض من هذا البحث هو تقديم لمحة على تاريخ التعليم عن بعد وكيفيّة ظهوره لمعرفة وفهم ضرورته؟، وللحصول على فهم أفضل لهذا النظام الجديد بحيث يمكن توظيفه بشكل أوسع لخدمة البشريّة كأسلوب تعليمي وكذلك خط العمل. Distance education is now becoming increasingly important because of its character and the conditions that the world knows, and is therefore increasingly imposing itself especially in higher education. The main challenge for distance education theorists since the early twentieth century is to provide an understanding of the possibilities and opportunities to facilitate distance learning and learning in a variety of ways and technologies of high quality, which requires a more comprehensive and deeper understanding of this field. and to gain a better understanding of this new system so that it can be used more broadly to serve humanity as an educational method as well as a working line.
