الملخص
تعد القيم الأخلاقية التّي تنبني عليها مهنة التدريس بشكل عام وفي الجامعة على وجه خاص موضوعا تربويّا جديرا بالبحث ومحورا هامّا للدّراسة، يمكن إخراجه من دائرة الممارسات الضمنيّة إلى دائرة التّفكير العلمي. إذ نعتقد أنه لا يكف أن نتبنى شعارات أو أن نفتخر بمورثنا القيمي ، دون أن نهيئ لها الحيز أو الإطارالأكاديمي لتجسيده و الترويج لكل مكتسباتنا، من جانب أخر إن التربية والأخلاق يفترض أن تواكبها في كل مراحلها مؤهلات علمية قادرة على استيعاب المفاهيم الحديثة ، كما يجب أن لا تتحرك في فلك منفصل عن البرامج التعليمية والتربوية ، خصوصا وأن هذه الأخيرة (التربية) كثيرا ما ترتبط بالمؤسسات التعليمية المختلفة دون الجامعة ،و هو ما يستدعي ضرورة أن تتولى الجامعة كفاعل أساسي يتموقع في المجتمع يحافظ على قيم الأجيال فكريا وعقائديا ...في نطاق التسامح والحوار والتعايش مع القيم والحضارات الإنسانية ، خاصة في الوقت الراهن حيث صارت فيه الغلبة للاعتبارات المادية على حساب القيم والأخلاقيات والمثل والآداب العامة. Moral values are an educational subject worthy of research and an important focus of study, which can be taken out of the circle of implicit practices to the circle of scientific thinking. We believe that it is not enough to adopt slogans or to be proud of our value heritage, without providing them with the space or academic framework to embody it and promote all our gains، Education and ethics should be accompanied at all stages by scientific qualifications capable of absorbing modern concepts, and should not move in a separate orbit from educational and educational programs, especially since education is often associated with different educational institutions without the University. This is what necessitates the need for the university to take over as a key actor located in society that preserves the values of generations intellectually and ideologically ...Tolerance, dialogue and coexistence with human values and civilizations Especially at the present time, where material considerations prevail over values, ethics, ideals and public morals
