الممارسة الحوارية بين المسؤولية والأمانة (من حوار المواجهة وأخلاق المسؤولية...إلى حوار المواثقة وأخلاق الأمانة)

الملخص
الملخص: يعد الحوار في الإسلام من أعظم الوسائل للتفاهم ونسج علاقات تنموية وتقاربية في جميع مجالات الحياة سواء مع أهل الوطن الواحد، أو مع سائر الحضارات والشعوب الأخرى؛ وشعار الإسلام المعلن في هذا المضمار عبر عنه قول الله تعالى:﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ مِنْ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِنْدَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ ﴾ (سورة: الحجرات الآية:13). من هذا المنطلق يحق لنا أن نتسأل لمعرفة السبيل إلى تنمية الأفراد والشعوب والأمم؟ وما هي طبيعة الحوار الذي أعتمده الخطاب الإسلامي في عملية التقارب الحضاري؟ وكيف يمكن اعتبار الحوار كممارسة وسيلة من أهم الوسائل لتحقيق التمية وذلك التقارب في مواجهة العنف بشتى أنواعه عن الفرد والمجتمع؟ Abstract: Dialogue in islam is one of the greatest means and tools of mutual understanding and building developmental and converging relationships in all spheres of life,whether with people of one country or with other people and civilizations, and the slogan of islam declared here was expressed by allah almighty saying:”Mankind verily we,we have created you of a male and a female,and we have made you nations and tribes that you might know one another .verily the noble of you with Allah is the most of you,Verily Allah is knowing wise”.Surah al-hujuat 13. From this sense , we have the right to wonder about the way of developing individuals and people and nations. What is the nature of dialogue that islam discourse based on in the civilizational converging process? How can dialogue be considered as a practice and a greatest tool to achieve development and rapprochement in confronting different kinds of violence to protect individuals and society?
