منهج القرآن الكريم في مكافحة الفساد المالي المعاصر وأسبابه The Quran Approach In Fighting Against Contemporary Financial Corruption And Its Causes

الملخص

تعد ظاهرة الفساد المالي من الظواهر العالمية المنتشرة في المجتمعات، ونجدها تنتشر في الدول النامية أكثر من الدول المتقدمة، وأن معالجتها تحتاج إلى وقت وجهد حتى يتم القضاء عليها في أي مجتمع أصيب بها، ومن خلال ما تقدم جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلط الضوء على الفساد المالي المنتشر في واقعنا المعاصر، ونظرة القرآن الكريم للمال بصفة عامة، وأنواع المال الحرام المكتسبة عن طريق الفساد كالرشوة والمحسوبية والاختلاس وغيرها. ونتطرق إلى الأسباب المساعدة على الفساد المالي والوقاية منها من منظور قرآني، وكيف عالج القرآن الكريم ظاهرة الفساد من جذورها؛ قبل وقوعها وبعد وقوعها، وسنتطرق إلى الحكمة الربانية من تشريع العقوبات والزواجر رغم ما قيل عن قسوتها وصعوبتها من طرف الأعداء، وبهذا تستقيم الحياة ويسلم المجتمع من الظلم والفساد. The financial corruption is one of the most widespread phenomena in societies, where it exists both in the developing and developed countries. This problem needs time and effort to be eliminated in any society suffered from it. This research paper highlights the financial corruption prevalent in our contemporary world and presents the Holy Quran view about money in general, in addition to the types of dirty money acquired through corruption such as bribery, nepotism, embezzlement, etc. by presenting the reasons behind it, and the ways to preventing financial corruption from a Quranic perspective. This paper tackled the way how the Holy Quran addressed the phenomenon of corruption from its roots before and after it occurred, and discussed the wisdom of Allah in the legislation of sanctions, despite what has been said about its cruelty by others, in order to upright the life of society, and save it from injustice and corruption.
