الملخص
تعتبر الإدارة الإلكترونية أسلوبا إداريا جديا يتماشى و تطورات التكنولوجيا الرقمية وقد حقق تطبيقها في العمل الإداري ميزات هامة في ما يخص نجاعة التسيير الإداري و المالي للمرافق العامة، و يمكن للرقمنة أن تساهم أيضا في جهود مكافحة الفساد الإداري والمالي عبر ما توفره من شفافية و دقة في البيانات وتسهيل عمل آليات الرقابة على المال العام والأعوان العموميين والموظفين، و لرقمنة المالية العامة للدولة وإدارات الضرائب والمحاسبة دور بارز في ذلك إلى جانب وضع أنظمة المعلومات على مستوى المصالح المكلفة بالتعاقد في الصفقات العمومية والتسيير الإداري لما تتضمنه العمليتان من انفاق عمومي كبير و تداخل عدة جهات فيهما.
