استراتيجيات اتصال المخاطرات الصحية وفق نموذج (cerc)

الملخص
ملخص: سعت الدراسة إلى بحث إشكالية استراتيجيات التواصل مع السكان المعرضين للخطر الصحي في حالات الطوارئ والأزمات باستخدام نموذج CERC)) الذي أعدته مراكز السيطرة على الأمراض والوقاية منها في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، على افتراض أن مبادئ نموذج CERC يمكن أن تساعد على تزويد الجمهور بالمعلومات لاتخاذ أفضل القرارات ضمن قيود زمنية صعبة للغاية وقبول الطبيعة غير الكاملة للاختيار. توصلت الدراسة التي اعتمدت على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى أن نموذج CERC يقر بأن الاتصال الفعال فيما يتعلق بالأزمات وحالات الطوارئ يجب أن يبدأ قبل وقت طويل من اندلاع أي حدث ويستمر بعد انحسار التهديد المباشر، كما يستخدم نموذج CERC تسع استراتيجيات في المراحل الخمسة لإدارة الازمات وهي: رسائل المخاطرة، التحذيرات من المخاطر، تخفيض الغموض، ترويج السلوكيات الفعالة، توضيح الإجراءات الحكومية، الطمأنة، تقديم النصائح والتوصيات، التعاطف والتشجيع، تصــحيح الشــائعات وســوء الفهــم. كلمات مفتاحية: المخاطرة، اتصال المخاطرة، اتصال الأزمات، الاستراتيجيات، كوفيد19. Abstract: The study sought to investigate problematic communication strategies with populations at health risk in emergencies and crises using the CERC model prepared by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the United States of America, on the assumption that the principles of the CERC model can help provide the public with information to make the best decisions. Within very difficult time constraints and acceptance of the imperfect nature of selection, as the study that relied on the descriptive analytical approach concluded that the CERC model recognizes that effective communication regarding crises and emergencies must start long before the outbreak of any event and continue after the immediate threat subsides, as well as The CERC model uses nine strategies in the five stages of crisis management: risk messages,warnings,uncertainty reduction,self-efficacy,clarification of government measures, reassurance, empathy and encouragement, Correcting Rumors and Misunderstanding.
