الملخص

الملخص وضحنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إستراتيجية اتصال المخاطر المتبناة من قبل المجتمع القبائلي لإدارة وتسيير الأزمة الصحية العالمية الناتجة عن انتشار فيروس كوفيد 19. حددنا في تحليلنا العناصر الأساسية لهذه الإستراتيجية، ويتعلق الأمر بكل من مخطط اتصال الأزمة وسائل الاتصال المفعلة لإدارة الأزمة الصحية وآليات إدارة الأزمات الأخرى السوسيوإقتصادية الناتجة عن هذه الأخيرة، من أجل ذلك، عملنا على تحليل وتفسير المعلومات والبيانات الميدانية التي جمعناها عبر تفعيل المقاربة الإثنومتدولوجية للأحداث اليومية، وركزنا عل الملاحظة بالمشاركة والمعايشة لسلوكيات الأفراد وتفاعلاتهم ونشاطاتهم المشتركة خلال فترة الجائحة. Abstract In this study, we have attempted to show the communication strategy pursued by the population of Kabylia in order to manage the global health crisis resulting from the spread of the Covid 19 virus. We have identified in our analysis the main elements of this strategy, such as the crisis communication scheme, and the approved means of communication to manage the health crisis, as well as the mechanisms for managing other socio-economic crises resulting from this global health crisis. In order to achieve this goal, we analyzed and interpreted the informations and field data that we collected, adopting the ethno-methodological approach to daily events, and we focused on observation by participating and experimenting with the behavior of individuals, their interactions and their joint activities during the pandemic period .
