الملخص
تعاني المجتمعات الحديثة من تفاقم معدلات ضحايا الجريمة، مما دفع بالعلماء والباحثين إلى توجيه اهتمامهم إلى الضحية والذي نتج عنه علم حديث النشأة يسمى بـ: "علم الضحايا". يهدف هذا البحث إلى إلقاء الضوء على ماهية "علم الضحايا" الذي يُعد تكملة ضرورية لعلم الجريمة قصد ضمان حقوق الضحايا وتعويضهم. وعليه يلعب "علم الضحايا" دورا بارزا في الإحاطة بكافة ظروف الجريمة وكذا مختلف العلاقات والتأثيرات بين الضحية والجاني. حيث أصبح من الممكن استخلاص مفهوم أوسع نطاقا لمن يحمل صفة الضحية من خلال إدراج فئات لم تكن لها أية صفة في الدعوى العمومية. Abstract: The modern societies is suffering from worsening crime victim rates , this led scientists and researchers to turn their attention to the victim which resulted in it newly created science is called a victimology. This research aims to shed light on what the science of the victimology which is a necessary complement to criminology in order to guarantee the rights and compensation of victims. The victimology thus plays a prominent role in informing all the circumstances of the crime and the various relationships and influences between victim and perpetrator. It has become possible to draw a broader concept of the victim by including categories that did not have any standing in criminal proceedings.
