Les Obligations De L'entrepreneur Dans Le Contrat De Construction

Résumé
Compte tenu du danger résultant de la démolition des bâtiments et des installations, le législateur algérien a organisé les dispositions du contrat d'entreprise dans le Code civil algérien, l'entrepreneur a un ensemble d'obligations dont le manquement engage sa responsabilité. Quelles sont donc ces obligations? C'est ce à quoi je répondrai dans cette étude à la lumière des dispositions de la loi, une tentative d'attention aux aspects théoriques et pratiques de la définition de ce que la jurisprudence algérienne a fait dans ce domaine. Given the danger resulting from the demolition of buildings and installations, the Algerian legislator has organized the provisions of the contract of enterprise in the Algerian Civil Code, the contractor has a set of obligations whose breach engages his responsibility. What are these obligations? This is what I will answer in this study in the light of the provisions of the law, an attempt to pay attention to the theoretical and practical aspects of the definition of what Algerian jurisprudence has done in this field.
