الملخص
اهتمت الرواية العربية المعاصرة بعلاقة الذات العربية مع الآخر، فطرحت أسئلة متعلقة بالهوية والانتماء، وبحثت عن مدى تعايش الذات مع الآخر في ظل الاختلاف، وجاء الاهتمام بشخصية الآخر اليهودي نظرا لأن اليهود كانوا ولا يزالون يمثلون جزءا من النسيج الاجتماعي للبلدان العربية، وقد سلطت هذه الورقة البحثية الضوء على تمثلات صورة اليهودي في رواية "الديوان الإسبرطي" لعبد الوهاب عيساوي، والتي صورت جانبا من حياة يهود البلاد العربية وكشفت موقفهم من الاحتلال الغربي، كما سعت الرواية إلى الكشف عن علاقة اليهود مع المجتمعات العربية المسلمة، وقدمت صورة نمطية عن شخصية اليهودي مستندة في ذلك على أحداث تاريخية تعود للسنوات الأخيرة من الحكم العثماني في الجزائر وبداية الاحتلال الفرنسي. The contemporary Arab novel was concerned with the relationship of the Arab self with the other, so it asked questions related to identity and belonging, and looked at the extent to which the self coexisted with the other in light of difference, and the interest in the personality of the Jewish other came because the Jews were and still are part of the social fabric of Arab countries. The research shed light on the representations of the image of the Jew in the novel "The Spartan Divan" by Abd al-Wahhab Isawi, which depicted an aspect of the lives of the Jews of Arab countries and revealed their position on the Western occupation. The novel also sought to reveal the relationship of the Jews with Arab Muslim societies, and presented a stereotype of the personality of the Jew based on, This is based on historical events dating back to the last years of the Ottoman rule in Algeria and the beginning of the French occupation.
