الملخص

لا نروم من خلال هذا العمل تناول موضوع الطب في بلاد المغرب والأندلس، في أطار التأريخ لمسيرة الطب، بقدر سعينا إلى لفت الانتباه إلى دور العرب فيه، ونرى أنه دوراً من الأهمية بمكان التطرق له، ليس لدورهم فقط في أطار ادوار غيرهم من الشعوب الأخرى، بل لأنه يفوقها أهمية وقوة وضخامة، لسبب ربما لا يخالفني عليه أحد، وهو لم ينحصر دورهم في توضيح دواء الغذاء الذي يكمن فوائده في محاصيل زراعية، تمثلت في الأرز والرمان والتمر الهندي والمشمش التوت والصعتر الفارسي والعنب والموز والنخل وقصب السكر والأترج والنارنج والسوسن، وغيرها، وهي محاصيل زراعية لم تعرفها بلاد المغرب والأندلس قبل قدوم العرب إليهما والاستقرار فيهما،لذلك نراهم قد عملوا على نقلها من بلاد المشرق إلى بلاد المغرب والأندلس، وتوطينها فيهما، بل وزادوا ان كثفوا ووسعوا من انتشارها وكثرة إنتاجها. We do not intend, through this work, to address the subject of medicine in the Maghreb and Andalusia, within the framework of the history of the march of medicine, as much as we seek to draw attention to the role of the Arabs in it, and we see that it is an important role to address, not only to their role within the framework of the roles of other peoples, Rather, it is greater than it in importance, strength and enormity, for a reason that no one may disagree with me, and that their role was not limited to clarifying the food medicine whose benefits lie in agricultural crops, represented by rice Pomegranate, tamarind, apricot, raspberry, Persian thyme, grapes, banana, palm, sugar cane, citron, bitter orange, iris, and others, and they are agricultural crops that were not known to the Maghreb and Andalusia before the Arabs came to them and settled in them. And even increased that they intensified and expanded its spread and increased production.
