التحول الرقمي وتحديات التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية

الملخص
شهد العالم في العقدین الماضیین ّ تطورات تكنولوجیّة ومعلوماتیّة متلاحقة وسریعة، حيث تتجه دول العالم اليوم على اختلاف مستوياتها إلى تطوير وتحديث نظامها التعليمي معتمدة في ذلك بأحدث الابتكارات التكنولوجية، من أجل تقديم نوع فعال من التعليم تستجيب له كل أطراف العملية التعليمية، وتشترك فيه لزيادة كفاءته وفعاليته، خاصة وأن قضية الالتحام بين التعليم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات من أهم القضايا المطروحة على الساحة الدولية ،و كان لانتشار فيروس كورونا المستجد الأثر البالغ على مختلف مناحي الحياة؛ الفردية منها والجماعية، إلى درجة أنه شُلت بسببه جميع القطاعات،حيث تمّ تعليق الدراسة حضوريا بالجامعات الجزائرية نتيجة تفشي هذا الوباء. لكن ومن قبيل ضمان استمرارية التعليم العالي وجدت الجامعات الجزائرية نفسها أمام حتمية اعتماد نظام التعليم عن بعد؛ مضطرة لا مخيرة . وسنحاول في هذا المقال إلقاء الضوء على أهمية التعليم عن بعد في العملية التعليمية، مع إبراز لأهم الوسائل والاستراتيجيات التي يمكن اتباعها في هذا المجال مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار التحديات أو المعوقات التي يواجهها التعليم عن بعد في الجامعة الجزائرية؟ Abstract: In the past two decades, the world has witnessed successive and rapid technological and informational developments, as countries of the world today, at all levels, tend to develop and modernize their educational system, relying on the latest technological innovations, in order to provide an effective type of education that all parties to the educational process respond to and participate in to increase its efficiency. and its effectiveness, especially since the issue of convergence between education and information technology is one of the most important issues on the international scene. The spread of the new Corona virus had a severe impact on various aspects of life; Individual and collective, to the extent that all sectors were paralyzed because of it, and most aspects of life were disrupted due to the pandemic, as the study was suspended in presence in Algerian universities as a result of the outbreak of this epidemic. However, in order to ensure the continuity of higher education, Algerian universities found themselves facing the imperative of adopting the distance education system; compelled to have no choice. In this article, we will try to shed light on the importance of distance education in the educational process, highlighting the most important means and strategies that can be followed in this field, taking into account the challenges or obstacles faced by distance education at the Algerian university?
