الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية العلمية إلى إلقاء الضوء على سيرورة العملية التكوينية لمستخدمي أقسام كليتي العلوم الاجتماعية والعلوم الإنسانية بجامعة الجزائر-2-، حيث توجب علينا التوقف عند أهمية هذه العملية لدى المستخدمين وعلى ضرورة برمجتها والإعلام عنها من فترة لأخرى وذلك تزامنًا وإحتياجات المنصب المشغول، فالعملية التكوينية من الأنشطة الضرورية التي تساهم في تحقيق النمو المستمر للمسار الوظيفي من جهة، وأداة لتحسين العمل وزيادة المردودية من جهة أخرى. This Scientific Research Paper Sheds Light on the Process of Formative Process for the users of the Departments on the Faculty of Social Sciences and the Faculty of Human Sciences at the University of Algiers 2, where, we had to stop at the importance of this process to Users and the need to program it and inform about it from time to time, in conjunction with the needs of the position Busy- the Formative Process is one of the necessary activities that contribute to achieving continuous career growth on the one Hand, And a tool for improving work and increasing profitability one the other hand.
