مِن نظَريّةِ سُلّم الحَاجَاتِ للدّوافِع.. إلى نَظرِيّةِ تَدرُّج الحَاجَاتِ حَسبَ مَراحِل النُّمُوّ:

الملخص
المُلخّص: تَهدفُ الدّراسة إلى نَقلِ نَظَريّةِ الحاجَاتِ في الدّوافِع لأبراهام ماسلو، الّتي اعتبَرَها عدَدٌ مِن المُختَصّينَ ناقِصَةً، بل خَاطِئةً.. إلى مَجالِ النُّموّ، بِحيثُ يُصبِحُ التّرتِيبُ السُّلّمِيّ لِلحَاجاتِ إنّمَا يُعبِّرُ-حسبَ اقتِراحِي- عَن خَصائِص مَراحِل النُّمُوّ. إنّ مِنَ الانتِقادَاتِ الّتي وُجِّهَت لِنظريّة التّدرُّجِ الهَرمِيّ للحاجاتِ، عدَم وُضُوح المَعايِير، وكذَلِك، عَدَم التَّعرُّف على مِصدَاقِيَّة نَتائجِها على صِغَار السِّنِّ، فقد أكّدَ مَاسلو عَلى تَحقِيقِ إشباعِ حَاجاتِ الذَّاتِ لدَى كِبارِ السِّنِّ، أكثرَ مِمَّا عِند الصِّغارِ. في هذِه الورَقة نَقترحُ ربط مُستَويَاتِ سُلّمِ الحَاجاتِ بِنُمُوّ الفردِ عَبر مَراحِلِ حَياتِهِ، مِن الطُّفولة المُبكِرَةِ، إلى مَرحَلةِ التَّمدرُس، فالمُراهَقة، فالكُهُولة، ثُمّ مَرحَلة الشّيخُوخَةِ.. فيَكونُ كُلُّ مُستَوى مِنَ الحَاجَاتِ مُميِّزًا لمرحَلَةٍ مِن مَراحِلِ نُمُوّ الكَائِن البَشرِيِّ، باعتِبَارهِ خَاصِّيّةً بَارزةً لَها. وبعِبَارَةٍ أخرَى، فإنّنَا نُلاحِظُ أنَّ تَدرُّج الحاجَاتِ مَجَالُهُ الزَّمَنِيُّ هُو العُمرُ كُلُّهُ، فلا يَشتَرَطُ تلبيَةُ حَاجاتِ مُستَوى مُعيَّنٍ بالقَدرِ الكَافِي للانتِقَالِ إلى المُستَوى المُوالِي. فَتُعَدّلُ بِذلكَ نَظرِيّةُ التّرتِيب السُلّمِي للحَاجَاتِ لـماسلُو مُتَجَاوِزةً - حسبَ ما يُتوقَّعُ- كُلّ الانتِقادات الّتي وُجِّهَت إليهَا. هذا التعديلُ المُقترَح، يُقدّم لأهل الاختصاص، لنَرى هل سَتصمُدُ النَّظرِيّةُ أمامَ النّقدِ الّذِي يُوجّهُ لهَا، حِينَ نَطرَحُها باعتِبَارها نَظرِيّةً لِسُلّم الحَاجاتِ حسْبَ مَراحِل النُّموّ، لِدَحضِهَا مِن الأسَاسِ، أو اقتِراح تَعدِيلاتٍ، أو قبولها كما طُرحَت. The study aims to transfer the theory of needs in motives by Abraham Maslow, which was considered by a number of specialists to be deficient, but wrong ... to the field of growth, in a way that the ordering of the trauma becomes a problem. Among the criticisms directed at the theory of the hierarchy are the lack of clarity of the standards, as well as the lack of recognition of the validity of its results on young people. In this paper we propose to link the levels of the individual ladder needs to grow through the stages of his life, from early childhood, to the stage of schooling, adolescence, Falcholh, then aging .. shall each level of needs for a special stage of the growth of the human being, as a prominent feature. In other words, we note that the scale of needs in the span of time is the whole lifetime, so it is not necessary to satisfy the needs of a certain level by the extent sufficient for the transition. Thus, the theory of the peaceful arrangement of the needs of Maslow is modified, surpassing - as expected - all the criticisms directed at it. This proposed amendment is presented to the specialists, so that we can see whether the theory will stand up to the criticism that is directed towards it, when we present it as a theory of the scale of needs, according to the stages of development, as well as its proposition according to the stages of development.
