The notion of scenic interpretation was used by Scheller in the 1970s and 80s and has been adopted in many schools, universities, and colleges of education or in the literature seminar and has also been tested and reviewed over time. Brecht's teaching plays and Boal's "Theater of the Oppressed" played a significant role in its development. In scenic interpretation, literary texts are interpreted with the help of various theatrical techniques. Students slip into the role of the epic work, they gradually feel their way into the roles, try out attitudes and gradually feel their way into them, try out attitudes and actions, and finally act out the given scenes, which are then reflected upon.
