المقامة البربرية للسّرقسطي دراسة أنثروبولوجية الطّعام أنموذجا

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: يعدّ الطّعام من أهم المميزات الثقافية للمجتمعات؛ لأنّه غني بحمولة رمزية، ودلالية مكثفة، فهو ينقل عادات المجتمعات وتقاليدها من خلال أنواعه، وأصنافه، وطرق إعداده، وتقديمه، ويوضح أهم العلاقات، والروابط الاجتماعيّة. نحاول في هذه الدّراسة إلقاء الضوء على الطّعام في إحدى مدن بلاد المغرب، ودراسته أنثروبولوجيا، وتوضيح الأبعاد الرّمزية، وخصوصية هذا المكون في بناء ثقافة المجتمع، مستعينين بنص المقامة البربرية للسّرقسطي؛ قصد تأسيس مقاربة نقدية أنثروبولوجية تسعى لاستنطاق هذا الخطاب السّردي التراثي، وبيان عادات الطّعام، وتقاليده في المغرب بمنطقة طنجة. وقد خلصت الدّراسة إلى أنّ المقامة البربرية قدمت صورة عن الطّعام في المجتمع المغربي، وبينت كيف أصبح هذا المكون الغذائي عاملَ تماسك للمجتمعات؛ فعن طريق موائده تتقوى العلاقات، وتتوطّد الروابط، ومن خلاله تتحدد الهويات، وتتجدد العلاقات. Abstract: Food is regarded as one of the significant cultural characteristics of societies, as it is rich in its symbolic and semantic load. It conveys the traditions of societies through its most prominent types, varieties, methods of preparation and presentation. It mirrors the most important social relations. In this research, we try to shed light on food in one of the cities of the Maghreb. In this scope, the study of its anthropology and symbolic dimentions and the pecularity of this component in building the culture of society is highly considered using the text of the Middle Eastern Berber Maqamah of Sorkasti. The research is oriented to establish a critical anthrolopological approach that seeks to interrogate this narative discourse and to follow the food customs and traditions in Morocco,Tanja region. Our study is an attempt to elicit that the Berber Maqamah presented a picture of food in Moroccan society and show how this food component has become a cohesive feature to societies
