الملخص
ملخص: إن دراسة المعطيات العامة لأفراد عينة البحث تهدف إلى تبيان طريقة تحليل البيانات وفق منهجية علمية كدليل أو منهجية يعتمد عليها في التعامل مع مثل هذه الدراسات، بالوصف والتحليل والتفسير، وإجابة عن التساؤل: من هم هؤلاء الموظفون الإداريون وما هي خصوصياتهم الاجتماعية والمهنية؟ فتحليل المعطيات يقودنا لمعرفة تأثير تلك الخصوصيات في إكسابهم ثقافة العنف والممارسة لها في الوسط الجامعي، فتوصيف العينة بجوانبها ومميزاتها وخصائصها الاجتماعية والمهنية، أعطى تفسيرات أدق ونتائج أهم حول مدى تأثيرها لتطبيع ثقافة العنف على الموظف الإداري الذي يعتبر مستقبل الجامعة. الكلمات المفتاحية : خصوصيات اجتماعية ومهنية ،ثقافة ، ثقافة عنف ، بيئة جامعية ، موظف إداري.
