الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر مجلس الأمن أحد الأجهزة الرئيسية لدى منظمة الأمم المتحدة أوكلت له مهمة حفظ وصون السلم والأمن الدوليين، ونظرا للخبرة الكبيرة التي اكتسبها هذا الجهاز.فقد طور وسائله وسبله وآلياته للقيام بالدور المنوط به على أكمل وجه، لاسيما وأن أسباب نشوب النزاعات تطورت أيضا. وهو ما جعل من الضروري على مجلس الأمن تطوير وتحديث توجهاته لمواكبة التطور الهائل في مجال العلاقات الدولية داخل المجتمع الدولي المعاصر. ومع تسارع الأحداث الدولية التي تشكل تهديدا على السلم والأمن الدوليين على غرار الوضع الحالي بليبيا، وجب على مجلس الأمن إيجاد طرق جديدة لحفظ وصون السلم الدوليين وكذا تفادي النزاعات قبل نشوبها. Abstract: The Security Council is considered as one of the principal organs of the United Nations Organization, which has been entrusted with the task of keeping and maintaining international peace and security, and taking into account the great experience gained by this body, it has developed its means, methods and mechanisms to fully fulfill the role assigned to it, especially since the causes of conflicts have also evolved. The Security Council needs to develop and update its guidance to keep pace with the tremendous developments in the field of international relations within the contemporary international community, and with the acceleration of international events that pose a threat to the International peace and security Similar to the current situation in Libya, the Security Council must find new ways to preserve and maintain international peace as well as to prevent conflicts before they arise.
