تكنولوجيا الاتصال وأثرها على تطوير مستقبل العمل عن بعد

الملخص
كان لجائحة كوفيد الأثر الأكبر على متطلبات العمل عن بعد، والتي ظلت لسنوات طيلة محصورة ضمن اطار نظري ثابت جدا، العمل الحضوري لمدة ثمانية ساعات كل يوم ضمن مبنى مادي معلوم، لذا كان الزمان والمكان عنصرا لا يمكن تجاوزه في بيئة العمل، ولكن كل ذلك تغير في السنوات الأخيرة، اذ اصبح من الممكن جدا اجراء العمل من المنزل او من أي مكان اخر، خاصة بالنسبة للوظائف التي تعتمد على التقنية او التدريس، وبزيادة التوجه نحو العمل عن بعد، زادت الحاجة إلى تطوير أدوات تكنولوجيا الاتصال كمؤتمرات الفيديو وتطبيقات التواصل والتواصل الاجتماعي بسبب فعاليتها، خفضها للتكلفة وقدرتها على مواجهة تحديات الجائحة، وهذه الورقة تعمل على توضيح مزايا هذه التكنولوجيا ومستقبل العمل عن بعد. Abstract The Covid pandemic had the greatest impact on the requirements of remote work, which for years remained confined to a very fixed theoretical framework, in attendance for eight hours every day within a known physical building, so time and place were an element that could not be bypassed in the work environment, but all that changed In recent years, it has become very possible to conduct work from home or from anywhere else, especially for jobs that depend on technology or teaching, and with the increase in the trend towards remote work, the need to develop communication technology tools such as video conferencing, communication applications and social networking has increased due to Its effectiveness, cost reduction and ability to meet the challenges of the pandemic, and this paper works to clarify the advantages of this technology and the future of remote work.
