الملخص
كشفت جائحة كورونا عن خللٍ كبير في أنماط العمل والتّسيير المؤسّساتي؛ إذ أثبتت أن لا استطاعةَ للأخيرة في الصّمود طويلا أمام سياسة العمل المبنية على ضرورة التّواجد المادي للعمّال في مقرّات العمل الرّسمية، وكشفت تكنولوجيا الاتّصالات في المقابل عن "العمل عن بعد" كخيارٍ أفضل لتنفيذ الكثير من الأعمال في قطاعاتٍ عدّة، لا كبديلٍ في ظلّ وجوب التّباعد الاجتماعي وعدم الإخلال بإجراءات الحجر الصّحيِّ المفروضة فحسب - والذي قد يصل حدّ الإغلاق التّام بعض الأحيان - وإنّما كخيارٍ استراتيجيٍّ في عالم الشّغل، حُقَّ لهُ أن تُسنَّ بشأنه قواعد قانونية جديدة. The coronavirus Pandemic demonstrated a major imbalance in working patterns and institutional management, as it proved to be not able to hold out against a labor policy based on the need for workers to be physically present in official woring places. On the other hand, the communication technology has shown Telecommuting (Distance working) as a better option to do a lot of work in several sectors, not just as an alternative under the necessity of social distancing and non- violation of the quarantine measures imposed – which may sometimes amount to total closure- but as a strategic choise into the labor market, for wich new legal rules have the right to be enacted
