مستقبل الاقتصاد الجزائري في ظل تنمية بالاعتماد على الذات

الملخص
ان تعدد المشكلات التي يعاني منها الاقتصاد الجزائري من تخلف و تبعية مفرطة للقطاع الريعي، إضافة الى مشكلة الفساد الذي استشرى داخل الاقتصاد الوطني، كلها تعكس منهجا تنمويا مشوها و تابعا يعيد إنتاج التخلف، و يجدد علاقات التبعية بصورة تؤدي إلى تفاقم و تطور الأزمة التنموية في البلاد. هذا مع ما خلفته أزمة كوفيد-19 من انعكاسات سلبية على جميع المستويات. أمام هذا الوضع و للخروج من معاقل التخلف و التبعية تفرض التنمية بالاعتماد على الذات نفسها كإستراتيجية فعالة للتخلص من كل أشكال التبعية و تكريس منهجا تنمويا مستقلا و ناجحا يعيد الاقتصاد الجزائري الى مساره الصحيح The multiplicity of problems that the Algerian economy suffers from, such as backwardness and excessive dependence on the rentier sector, in addition to the problem of corruption that has spread within the national economy, all reflect a distorted and dependent developmental approach that reproduces backwardness and renews dependency relations in a way that leads to the exacerbation and development of the crisis Development in the country. And with the negative repercussions of the Covid-19 crisis at all levels. Faced with this situation, and to get out of the strongholds of backwardness and dependency, development is imposed by self-reliance as an effective strategy to get rid of all forms of dependency and to devote an independent and successful development approach to return the Algerian economy to its correct path.
