الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى استعراض أهم سياسات و استراتيجيات الحد من مشكلة الفقر من خلال الدراسات و الخطط و البرامج التي تتبناها بعض الدول للقضاء على الفقر أو الحد منه، و التي تتطلب إعداد خطط طويلة المدى تضع في الاعتبار طبيعة قضية الفقر والظواهر المرتبطة بها من ناحية، والأهداف التنموية من ناحية أخرى. و قد توصلت الدراسة أنه و بقدر ما هي معقدة مشكلة الفقر المتعددة الأبعاد الا أنه هناك من الدول من استطاعت أن تقطع أشواطا كبيرة نحو النجاح في التقليص من حدة الفقر و مظاهره و أصبحت نماذج يحتذى بها في هذا الجانب. بالتركيز على ايجاد حلول طويلة الأجل و مستدامة يستفيد منها الفقراء و توزع عوائدها بشكل عادل بما يضمن حقوق هذه الفئات كالاقتصاد التضامني، أو التنمية الريفية، أو التمويل الأصغر . Abstract : . This paper aims to review the most important policies and strategies to reduce the problem of poverty through studies, plans and programs adopted by some countries to eradicate or reduce poverty, which requires the preparation of long-term plans that take into account the nature of the issue of poverty and the phenomena associated with it On the one hand, development goals on the other. The study found that, as complex as the multidimensional problem of poverty, there are countries that have made great strides towards success in reducing poverty and its manifestations and have become role models in this aspect, Focusing on finding long-term and sustainable solutions that benefit the poor and distribute their revenues equitably to ensure the rights of these groups such as solidarity economy, rural development, or microfinance
