الملخص
شهد القرن العشرين منذ بداياته تطورات عملية حديثة في جميع المجالات ، بالإضافة إلى تطور العلوم الحديثة والجديدة والمتطورة في مجال الإلكترونيات والتكنولوجيا بحيث غطت هذه العلوم بتطورها جميع مناحي حياة الإنسان بكل دقائقها، ومن الطبيعي أن تحظى المخطوطات والكتب والوثائق اهتمام العلماء والباحثين في خضم هذه الثورة العلمية الحديثة، وأن تعطى ما تستحق من الدراسة، ومن ثم المعالجة والحفظ والفعل فقد قدم العلم في مجال حفظ ومعالجة وترميم المخطوطات والكتب والوثائق الكثير مما أدى إلى إطالة أعمارها، وضمن سلامتها لعصور لاحقة طويلة الأمد. Since its beginnings, the twentieth century witnessed modern practical developments in all fields, in addition to the development of modern, new and advanced sciences in the field of electronics and technology, so that with its development these sciences covered all aspects of human life with all its minutes, and it is natural for manuscripts, books and documents to receive the interest of scientists and researchers in the midst of this scientific revolution.
