الملخص
تهدف ورقتنا البحثية إلى معالجة الجامعة المقاولاتية كمدخل لتحقيق التنمية من خلال رؤية تحليلية للأطر التنظيرية، ومؤشرات الواقع الدلالية باعتبار الجامعة كأداة ذات دور فعال في تحقيق التنمية بمختلف مستوياتها الاجتماعية من حيث المورد البشري، وما يتبعه من مؤشرات اجتماعية. أما من حيث التنمية البيئية فيما يتعلق بالموارد الطبيعية المتاحة، وآليات استغلالها بما يتوافق والحكم الراشد، إضافة إلى التنمية الاقتصادية بما يتوافق وخصوصية المجتمع، ومؤهلات المورد البشري خصوصا في ظل التحولات الراهنة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الجامعة؛ المقاولة؛ الجامعة المقاولاتية؛ التنمية. ترميز JEL : (A14) Abstract: Our research paper aims to address the entrepreneurial university as an entry point for achieving development through an analytical vision of theoretical frameworks, and indicators of semantic reality, considering the university as a tool with an effective role in achieving development at its various social levels in terms of human resource, and the social indicators that follow. In terms of environmental development with regard to available natural resources, and mechanisms for their exploitation in accordance with the good governance, in addition to economic development in line with the privacy of society, and the qualifications of the human resource, especially in light of the current transformations. key words: the University; Entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurial University; development.
