الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع القيادة التحويلية بمديرية التربية ببسكرة ،حيث تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات،وقد وزعت على عينة عشوائية بسيطةحجمها65عامل إداري تم توزيع الاستبيانات عليهم استرد60 استبانة صالحة للتحليل ليتم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج19spss الإحصائي. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تطبيق للقيادة التحويلية بمديرية التربية ،وذلك من خلال تنشيط العلاقات التفاعلية بين القائد والمرؤوسين.لذلك أوصت الدراسة بضرورة بناء ثقافة داعمة للسلوك القيادي التحويلي في المؤسسة لدورها الفعال في تنمية روح الفريق. This study aimed to highlight the reality of transformational leadership in the Directorate of Education in Biskra, where the questionnaire was relied on as a basic tool for data collection, and it was distributed to a simple random sample of 65 administrative workers. Questionnaires were distributed to them to retrieve 60 valid questionnaires for analysis to be analyzed using the 19 spss statistical program. The study found that there is an application of transformational leadership in the Directorate of Education, by activating interactive relationships between the leader and subordinates. Therefore, the study recommended the necessity of building a culture that supports transformational leadership behavior in the organization for its effective role in developing team spirit.
