قاعدة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر في الفقه السياسي الإسلامي

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر قاعدة الأمر بالمعروف والنهي عن المنكر من أهم قواعد الفقه السياسي الإسلامي، وهي القاعدة التي تستمد قوتها من القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، كما أنها ترتبط اشد الارتباط بالواقع العملي للسياسات الإنسانية في الأرض والتي تنطلق من مقوم الاستخلاف وعمارة الأرض بالصلاح. ويمكن القول أن علم السياسة والتدبير يقوم على هذه القاعدة التي تجود العمل السياسي وتمنع الظلم وتحدد اختصاصات الحاكم والوزير وصاحب الخدمة المدنية والعسكرية كما أنها ترتبط بالحسبة التي تعد فرعا من فروعها. وفي هذا المقال إشارات لهذه القاعدة في مجال التنظير السياسي السني ومدى أهميتها في السياسة على مستوى التنظير والتطبيق. Abstract :The rule of enjoining good and forbidding evil is considered one of the most important rules of Islamic political jurisprudence, and it is the rule that derives its strength from the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, and it is most closely related to the practical reality of human policies on earth, which stems from the basis of succession and building the land with righteousness. It can be said that the science of politics and management is based on this rule that improves political action and prevents injustice and defines the functions of the ruler, the minister, and the owner of the civil and military service. In this article, there are references to this rule in the field of Sunni political theorizing and the extent of its importance in politics at the level of theory and application.
