الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إبراز تداعيات جائحة كورونا وما خلفته على الإنسان وهو الوضع الذي جعل دول العالم بأسرها تعيش حالة من العزلة غير المعهودة، وما انجرّ عنها من أضرار مسّت جوانب حيوية عديدة، لاسيما الأخلاقية منها. وهذا في ظل الخطاب البيوإيتيقي المعاصر الذي أضحى له هو الآخر دور في تنمية الوعي الجماعي والشعور بالمسؤولية الأخلاقية، سواء من زاوية توجيهية وما تضمنته من مساعدة أصحاب القرار في اتخاذ الإجراءات الصحية اللازمة، أو من زاوية نقدية عبر فضح التجاوزات الطبية التي انجرت عن هذه الجائحة. هذا، لنصل في الأخير إلى الإقرار بأنّ جائحة كورونا تبقى من أقوى الأزمات الصحية التي لا تزال تهدد مصير ومستقبل الإنسان، لاسيما في ظلّ استمرار التحويرات الجينية للفيروس، ليبقى الخطاب البيوإيتيقي ورغم إسهاماته الإيتيقية التي لا يستهان بها غير كاف، الأمر الذي يستدعي إعادة هيكلة المنظومة الصحية في العالم بمختلف أجهزتها، والتحلي بشروط الوقاية كسبيل للحماية. Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the consequences of the Corona pandemic and its consequences for human beings, a situation that has caused the entire world to experience an unusual state of isolation and the damage caused to many vital aspects, particularly the moral ones. This is in the light of contemporary bioethical discourse, which has also played a role in developing collective awareness and moral responsibility, both from a guiding point of view and in assisting decision makers in taking the necessary health measures, and from a critical point of view by exposing the medical abuses that have been caused by the pandemic.. Finally, let us recognize that the Corona pandemic remains one of the most powerful health crises that continues to threaten the fate and future of the human being, especially in the light of the ongoing genetic mutations of the virus, so that the bioethical discourse, despite its significant contributions, remains insufficient, which calls for the restructuring of the world's health system in its various systems and for preventive conditions as a way of protection.
