تطوير الكفاءات كمدخل لتحسين جودة الحياة الوظيفية دراسة حالة المركز الجامعي مغنية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح وفهم العلاقة بين تطوير الكفاءات وجودة الحياة الوظيفية وتحديد أفضل الآليات والمتغيرات المطلوبة لتطوير الكفاءات البشرية بغرض تحقيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية على مستوى المركز الجامعي مغنية. لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم توزيع استبيان على عينة مكونة من116 عاملا بالمركز الجامعي مغنية على مختلف مستوياتهم الإدارية وقد استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة.خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية من متوسطة إلى جيدة بين كل من آليات تطوير الكفاءات وآليات تحسين الجودة الوظيفية. This study aims to clarify and understand of the relationship between the development of competencies and the quality of the professional life and to determine the best mechanisms and variables required to develop human competencies in order to achieve the quality of the professional life at the level of the University Center Maghnia. A questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 116 workers at the University Center Maghnia at their various administrative levels. Appropriate statistical methods were used to answer the questions of the study. The study concluded that There is a moderate to good direct relationship between each of the development of competencies mechanisms and the functional quality improvement mechanisms.
