الملخص
A law punishing hatred and racism has become an imperative at a time when Algeria's legal system is in a deep vacuum that allows anyone who has given up a website and freely publishes what they want. In the absence of organized and reputable social media laws in which hate speech was found and to distinguish and disrespect religions.... This is because the previous system delayed the release of laws governing the operation of websites and their conditions book, theoretically provided for in the Information Act in 2012, regulated by Article 67 and beyond. Law 20-05 of April 28, 2020 regulated the Hate Speech Act and highlighted all deterrent sanctions to deter digital violence on social media.
