الإمام ابن راشد القفصي المالكي وجهوده في علم أصول الفقه

الملخص
ملخص: سأتناول في هذا البحث شخصية علمية مالكية من بلاد قفصة بتونس، عاشت في القرن السابع والثامن, ألا وهو الإمام ابن راشد القفصي المالكي, مبرزا جانبا من الجوانب العلمية في شخصيته, وهي في علم أصول الفقه الذي برع فيه, بشهادة شيوخه وتلاميذه. وقد عنيت في هذا البحث بإبراز معالم تلك الجهود, ابتداء من طلب ابن راشد وتحصيله لهذا العلم, ثم من خلال ما ألّفه فيه, وأخيرا من جهة توظيف هذا العلم في مصنفاته الفقهية, ويظهر من ذلك كلّه تأثر ابن راشد بالإمام الرازي الذي يعدّ مدرسة أصولية تميّزت وانبنت على كثرة ذكر الأدلة والحجاج, وقد كان الواسطة في ذلك شيخه شهاب الدين القرافي الذي يعتبر أجلّ شيوخه وأعظمهم أثرا فيه. كلمات دالة : ابن راشد، القفصي، أصول الفقه. Abstract: In study I will focus on Malikiya scholarly figure from Gafsa, in Tunisia, lived at the end of the seventh century and the beginning of the eighth ,which is Imam Ibn rached El gafssi ,Highlighting the scientific aspect of his personality ,Which is related to the science of jurisprudence, where was excellent with the testimony and confirmation of his elders and students. I was meant in this research to highlight the features of those efforts, Starting from his research and attainment of this knowledge, Then by what he wrote and finally in terms of using this knowledge in his jurisprudential book and document . And it’s appears from all of it that the Imam Ibn Roched he was really affected and influenced by Imam El razzi Who is considered as the artist of the fundamentalist school positioned and Ianbt on the important number of evidence and reasons ,and the mediation in that was his Sheikh Chehab el ddine El kiraffi Who is considered the greatest of his elders and the most who affected him.
