الملخص
الملخص: منذ صدور قرار الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة القاضي بتقسيم فلسطين إلى دولتين و قيام الدولة الإسرائيلية دون قيام الدولة الفلسطينية وفق قرار الجمعية العامة، بقيت القضية الفلسطينية تعيش حالة انسداد أمام أي حل للنزاع رغم تطبيع العلاقات بين الدول العربية و إسرائيل، حيث تسعى هذه الأخيرة من خلال إستراتيجيتها الأمنية، إلى تأمين حدودها مع دول الجوار و تثبيت ركائز دولتها و التي مازالت شرعيتها محل جدل بين مؤيد و معارض نظرا لعدم شرعية القرار رقم 181(1947) المتضمن تقسيم فلسطين. Abstract : Since the United Nations General Assembly adopted the resolution diving Palestine into two States and the creation of the State of Israel without the Palestinian one, in accordance with resolution 181 (1947), the Palestinian question is still facing deadlock situation to any settlement of the conflict, despite the normalization of relations between Arab countries and Israel, the latter endeavors, through its security strategy, to secure its borders with neighboring countries and to strengthen the foundations of its State whose legitimacy is still a subject of controversy between supporters and opponents as for the illegitimacy of General Assembly resolution 181 (1947) related to the partition of Palestine.
