تداعيات جائحة كورونا على عقود عمل الرياضيين المحترفين

الملخص
تتعلق هذه الورقة البحثية بحقيقة امتداد آثار جائحة كورونا على عقود عمل الرياضيين المحترفين، بحيث تأرجحت الآراء حول اعتبارها قوة قاهرة أو ظرف طارئ، وإن كان على المستوى الرياضي وبالتحديد الاتحادية الدولية الرياضية لكرة القدم (FIFA)، تم الجزم على اعتبارها قوة قاهرة، لكن ولغاية كتابة هذه الأسطر الوضع الوبائي ما زال مستمر، إذ لا يمكن الجزم المطلق بأنها قوة قاهرة ينبغي النظر في كل حالة على حداً، والحل هو التعايش مع وباء فيروس كورونا. The present research paper aims at defining the effects of the Corona pandemic on work contracts of professional athletes. Views about this issue have fluctuated about considering it an unforeseeable compulsion or an emergency circumstance, albeit at the sports level, specifically the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), it has been asserted that it is considered a force majeure. Thus far, such epidemiological situation is still continuing, as it cannot be absolutely certain that it is a force majeure. That is, each case should be considered separately, and the solution is to coexist with the Covid-19 pandemic.
