الملخص
تعتبر مشاريع البنية التحتية داعمة للتنمية المستدامة، و تمثل الشراكة بين القطاع العام والخاص احد أدواتها، باعتبار وجود فجوة تمويل لهذه المشاريع، وبهدف الوصول إلى تشخيص واقعها في الجزائر، تم الاستعانة بالبيانات، وخلص البحث إلى أن نقص التمويل وضعف القطاع الخاص اثر سلبا على ذلك،ونبه البحث إلى ضرورة مرافقة القطاع الخاص، مع تقديم حوافز مستمرة للمستثمر الأجنبي لإنجاح الشراكة في مشروع ميناء الوسط لدعم التنمية. Abstract: Infrastructure projects are supportive of sustainable development, and the partnership between the public and private sector is one of its tools, given the existence of a financing gap, and in order to reach a diagnosis of its reality in Algeria, data was used, and the research concluded that the lack of funding and the weakness of the private sector negatively affected that, The research warned of the need to accompany the private sector, while providing continuous incentives to the foreign investor to make the partnership in the central port project succeed to support development.
