أحكام طفل الأنبوب في قانون الأسرة و الصحة الجزائري

الملخص
إيمانا من المشرع الجزائري بأهمية أطفال الأنابيب وما قد يساهم به في استقرار الأسرة وحمايتها من التفكك، اعترف بهم في الصورة التي تتماشى وأحكام الشريعة الإسلامية وأجاز اللجوء إليه من أجل تحقيق التناسل المطلوب شرعا والذي يعد من أهم أهداف الزواج. وقد سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى رسم حدود إنجاب طفل الأنبوب حرصا منه على صحة نسبه و حمايته، عند ما وضعه للراغبين في اللجوء إليه. : Believing from the Algerian legislator the importance of IVF and what may contribute to the stability of the family and protecting it from disintegration, I recognize them in a picture that is in line with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and permits to resort to it in order to achieve the required reproduction, which is one of the most important goals of marriage. The Algerian legislator has endeavored to draw the boundaries of having a tube child in order to ensure that his lineage is correct and protected, when he sets up for those who want to resort to it.
