تباين مستويات الوعي الصحي لدى موظفي قطاع التربية في ضوء بعض المتغيرات (الجنس، طبيعة المنصب، الطور)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الفروق في مستوى الوعي الصحي لدى موظفي قطاع التربية تبعا لمتغير الجنس وطبيعة المنصب والطور (ابتدائي، متوسط، ثانوي)، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي على 306 موظف من بلدية عين الملح ولاية المسيلة للسنة الدراسية 2019/2020 تم اختيارهم باعتماد الطريقة العشوائية، وتم استخدام استبيان الوعي الصحي في ذلك، ليتم التوصل في الأخير إلى النتائج التالية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الوعي الصحي لدى موظفي قطاع التربية تعزى لمتغير الجنس ولصالح الاناث، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الوعي الصحي لدى موظفي قطاع التربية تعزى لمتغير طبيعة المنصب ولصالح الأساتذة، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الوعي الصحي لدى موظفي قطاع التربية تعزى لمتغير الطور. Abstract: The study aimed to find out the differences in the level of health awareness among the education employees according to the variable of gender, the nature of the job and the phases (primary, middle, secondary) , and the descriptive approach was adopted on 306 employees from Ain el-Meleh, in the province of M’sila (Algeria) for the academic year 2019/2020, The study included a sample from various educational levels selected with the use of simple random sampling method, the Study Methodology is descriptive approach, to achieve the objectives of the study, tool was used health awareness Scale Study Results: there is statistically significant differences in the level of health awareness among the education sector employees attributed to gender variable, in favour of females, there is statistically significant differences in the level of health awareness among the education sector employees attributed to the nature of the job variable, in favour of the professors ,there are no statistically significant differences in the level of health awareness among the education employees attributed to the phase variable (primary, middle, secondary)
