الحاجة إلى مرجعية مقاصد السنة النبوية في تسديد الفهم وتقويم الالتزام

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: إنّ السنةَ النبوية بيانٌ لكتاب الله تعالى، وتفصيلٌ لأحكامه، وتفسيرٌ لمعانيه، فكان من الأهمية بيانُ مقاصد السنة النبوية لأنها ـ مثلُها مثلُ كتابِ الله تعالى ـ تضمّنتْ مقاصدَ ساميةً وحِكمًا نبيلة، جاء معظمُها في شكل أحكامٍ مفصلة ومعانيَ خاصةٍ وجزئية، شاملةٍ لأحكام التشريع، ومستوعبةٍ لرسالة الإسلام. وعليه فمقاصدُ السنة النبوية بحاجةٍ إلى مزيدِ دراسةٍ وعنايةٍ وتحليل، لاستخلاصها وتوظيفها بما يحقق صلاحيةَ الشريعة وسماحتَها في واقع الحياة، ولعلّ هذه الدراسة تجلّي جانباً من هذه الحقيقة، إذ تهدف إلى التركيز على مرجعيةِ مقاصد السنة المكمِّلة لمقاصدِ القرآن الكريم، وضرورةِ الاحتكام إليها، نظراً لدورها المهم في سلامة فهم الشريعة، والتزام حدودها، وتنزيل أحكامها على المنهج الصحيح. Abstract : The Prophet’s Sunnah is an interpretation of the Quran, a detail of its ruling and an explanation of its meanings. It was important to clarify the purposes of the Prophet’s Sunnah because, like the Quran, it included lofty objectives, coming in the form of special and partial meanings, including the provisions of legislation, and the comprehensive message of Islam. Accordingly, the objectives of the Prophet’s Sunnah need more study and analysis to extract and employ them in a way that achieves validity and tolerance of “Shariaa”in life, focusing on the reference of purposes of Sunnah that complement the objectives of the Noble Qur’an, and the need to appeal to it, given its importance in understanding Islamic law, showing commitment to its limits, and integrating its provisions on the correct approach.
